Fee Structure & Service Rates

At KlutterBox, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning and janitorial services with pricing structures that reflect transparency, fairness, and value. Our fee model is strategically designed to accommodate the diverse needs of both residential and commercial clients, ensuring flexibility without compromising service standards.

 

Our service rates are structured to provide clear, predictable pricing that allows clients to confidently budget for routine or project-based services. Depending on the nature and scope of the services required, fees may be assessed on an hourly basis, as a fixed flat fee, or through customized service agreements. The determination of rate structure is made during the initial consultation and formalized within the service agreement.

 

Hourly rates are typically applied to smaller, time-sensitive, or on-demand service requests. This rate structure is particularly suitable for short-term projects such as post-renovation cleanups or interim maintenance visits. Hourly billing provides clients with flexibility, allowing them to scale services according to immediate needs without long-term obligations. A minimum number of billable hours per visit may be required.

 

Flat fee pricing is utilized for structured cleaning engagements where the scope, duration, and property specifications are clearly defined. This pricing model is beneficial for clients who prefer predictable billing and a fixed cost per service, regardless of the time required to complete the work. Flat fee rates are calculated based on property size, service frequency, labor requirements, and any specialty services requested.

 

In addition to standard rates, KlutterBox may assess service-specific charges for enhanced or specialized cleaning tasks. These may include, but are not limited to, post-construction cleanup, move-in or move-out cleaning, appliance interior cleaning, carpet treatment, upholstery care, or allergen remediation. These services are priced based on project complexity and the materials or equipment required.

 

Clients may also incur additional fees under specific circumstances, including late payments, returned payments, or emergency service requests. A formal late payment penalty may be applied if payment is not received within the contractual grace period. Returned payments are subject to administrative fees, and expedited or after-hours services may incur premium surcharges.

 

All fees, service terms, and billing protocols are outlined in the Service Agreement and accompanying Payment Agreement. KlutterBox reserves the right to revise rates periodically in accordance with market conditions, material costs, or changes in service scope. Any such adjustments will be communicated to the client in writing and incorporated into the next billing cycle.

 

For clients with unique service environments or long-term service requirements, KlutterBox offers customized rate proposals following a comprehensive site assessment. Our goal is to provide clients with competitive, value-focused pricing tailored to their individual service objectives while upholding the highest industry standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and operational excellence.
